| Tate and Pierre had a busy year. After the success of "Malheur du Chat" cheese last Christmas, they decided to open their own cheese shop, Chat Qui Rit, in Bric-à-Brac. It was difficult to find a good location, but finally, they saw the perfect space in an old building at the top of the rue des Trois Pêcheurs. All their friends came to the grand opening in April. |
