Turning around, she saw a large gray cat blinking at her.

As she looked for the train station, Tate noticed a woman with two large suitcases walking down the street. "Aha," she thought, "Perhaps she's going to the train station. I'll follow her and see." Just then the woman put down her suitcases and took a railway timetable out of her purse. She glanced at it briefly, then put it back in her purse and continued on her way. Tate followed a few steps behind.

They soon reached the station. The woman stepped inside, presumably to purchase a ticket, while Tate proceeded to the platforms. She wondered which one to stand on; it was all a bit confusing. She heard a noise behind her. Turning around, she saw a large gray cat blinking at her. "Hello," said the cat, "Can I help you? You look a bit lost."

"I am indeed," replied Tate, "I'm trying to get to Bric-à-Brac, and I'm not sure which train to take."
